SHREE L. R. TIWARI COLLEGE OF LAW in Mira Road was established on 26th June 2018. It got its permission from the Government of Maharashtra vide permission no – Shashan order No. – J. No. DJD/HE/KDP/ME/ New Institute/2018/ 1513.
The College functions under the aegis of University of Mumbai with affiliation No. – Aff/lCD/20 18-19/644, approved by Bar Council of India having AISHE Code: C-59878, the college code as 1089, UGC Recognition under sec 2(f) of the UGC act 1956, ISO Certified 9001:2015 and Hindi Linguistic Minority Institution. The college bears the name of Shri Lallan Ramadhar Tiwari, founder and chairman of Rahul Education, a renowned educationist and social activist who has dedicated his life to ensuring that students in Mumbai’s western suburbs receive an education that fundamentally prepares them for the future.
The College offers professional courses such as Bachelor of Arts (B.A) (earlier known as B.LS. (Bachelor of Legal science (BLS) 5 Year Course), Bachelor of Law (LLB) 3 Year Course and Master of Laws (LLM) 2 Years. These courses cater to aspirants who wish to make a career in law, join legal bodies or contribute to civic administration. The college has a beautiful campus with state-of-art infrastructure.
